A song as an employee gift, about the person on the team
The company orders, the employee or the team receives a song about their own story. Not an advertising jingle about the firm, but a song about the person on the team: for HR, management, team leads and office management who want to give recognition rather than the thirtieth hamper.

Occasions in working life
Six moments when a song carries more than the usual present. Each is about a person or a team, never about the firm as the sender.
Work anniversary
Ten, twenty, twenty-five years with the firm, captured in a song about exactly those years. More concrete than the usual certificate, more personal than the watch with the logo.
Farewell or retirement
When a colleague leaves or moves into retirement, the team gathers the anecdotes, and a song comes out of them. The gift from the whole team, not from the HR department.
Onboarding and welcome
A new person starts, and on day one or day thirty their name is in a song. A signal no onboarding coffee can send: here, we are counting on you.
Milestone birthday on the team
A manager turning fifty or half a century on the workshop floor, marked with a song rather than a group card with thirty signatures.
Christmas
Instead of the thirtieth hamper, a song for a team or a key person. The present people still remember in January.
Target reached and sales success
The quarter cracked, the big deal closed, the project delivered after eighteen months. A song names the achievement by name, not by a percentage in a report.
Why a song works for teams
A song names recognition. It does not count tenure in years, it tells the story behind it: the department that moved twice, the client who stayed only because of one person. You hear that, instead of reading it on a certificate.
A song stays. The voucher is gone once redeemed, the hamper empty after Christmas. The song sits as a file on the phone and is played again months later, when nobody talks about the hamper any more.
A song can be the collective gift from the team. Instead of a card with thirty signatures, everyone puts their anecdotes into the brief, and the result carries every voice. That makes it the gift from the team to the person, not from the firm to the workforce.
How it works
Three steps from brief to file, the effort on your side comes to around ten minutes.
Submit the story
Ten minutes in the questionnaire: who the person is, what they have done for the team, which anecdotes may go in. The brief can be filled in by one person or by the whole team together.
We write and produce
The lyrics are written by hand from the answers, then turned into a finished song with modern production techniques. No template, no generic text about the firm.
Digital delivery in 24 to 72 hours
The song arrives as a file to download, in 24, 48 or 72 hours depending on the package. From the Lieblingslied upwards a printable lyric card is included, for the handover in a meeting or at the celebration.
Which package for the company
For a plain gift to the person, the Herzlied (€49) is enough. The employee receives their song as a file, listens to it, keeps it. A personal present needs no more. The Lieblingslied (€79) adds a printable lyric card, for the handover in a meeting.
If the firm wants to use the song itself, on the intranet, at an event or on social channels, it needs the Meisterstück (€149). Only it includes the commercial usage rights and the Spotify release, without which public use is not covered. All three packages are paid once, with no subscription. The full comparison is on the pricing page.
On tax in brief: for a personal occasion, a gift in kind up to €60 can stay tax-free as a token, which leaves room with the Herzlied (€49). Occasion, threshold and proof are set out in detail on the tax-free employee gift page. We do not give reliable tax advice here.
Questions from HR
No. It is explicitly not an advertising jingle about the firm, but a song about the person on the team: about the colleague who has run the accounts for twenty years, about the apprentice who became a master. The company orders and pays, the person who receives it stands at the centre.
